There are quite a lot of training opportunities with internal and external providers. The variety of work is stimulating and working with the students is rewarding. Senior Leadership are approachable and take onboard feedback. Great employee networks and a lovely social environment

Better pension and benefits. Workload can be high during application periods. Would be great to see more external managers and experiences applicants for the Future Charity Leaders Programme to bring in a new perspective and ideas. Faster and efficient application processes - sometimes it takes too long to replace staff when they leave and promotion processes are drawn out and sometimes unfair.
