Pros
Working on the sales side of the business, they are fair to the employees and compensation was fair.
The sales leadership team was strong, especially at a local level in Buffalo and the SVP of National Sales.
Work environment was favorable to the employee; treated like adults and given enough autonomy to feel fully invested in the business

Cons
Sales process was a little clunky but company is working through as they are still growing
Some interdepartmental work is also clunky, less organized than I would desire. Some double work is done to keep all departments on the same page during the sales cycle
