Excellent pay and communication. Friendly family feel.

Short lived company future at that culture level. Things were not the same after acquisition.

Working on the sales side of the business, they are fair to the employees and compensation was fair. The sales leadership team was strong, especially at a local level in Buffalo and the SVP of National Sales. Work environment was favorable to the employee; treated like adults and given enough autonomy to feel fully invested in the business Positive perks for employees, fair benefits, above average fringe benefits

Sales process was a little clunky but company is working through as they are still growing Some interdepartmental work is also clunky, less organized than I would desire. Some double work is done to keep all departments on the same page during the sales cycle
