New and upcoming Data Center business Ability to learn various aspects of the Data Center Good Vacation benefits (3-4 weeks a year) Health benefits are on par with most high tech companies Work/Life balance is good - Do your 8 and go home mentality
Cons
Horrible organization Low employee morale Understaffed where needed and overstaffed where not needed Always a slew of email drama to put up with (Too many chiefs, not enough Indians) No training opportunities, very little interest in employee development, other than the standard education reimbursement.
