Extremely toxic workplace. You have no autonomy at all. If you don't fall in line, you outcasted by the "leaders". You are monitored every second by the founders of the organization. Even if you take a bathroom break, they ask why you were away from your computer. Employee turnover is extremely high - most lasting less than one year. Read between the lines.
