There is a strict working hours of 9:30 hrs with a lunch break of exact 30 min as when you go on lunch you need to put a message and once you come back you need to put a message that you are back. 2. In probation you are not allowed to take a leave, If you take a leave your probation will get extended. 3. If your working hours are not completed/ is less than a second, your half day salary will get deducted 4. There is a no proper process/ manager can change the whole process any time according to his calculation. 5. No proper discussion at time of figma design/ everything gets changed in developing and testing phase. 6. There is a increment cycle in April month but it never happens and will get X% hike without discussion in month of November. You think the hike cycle of April happens in November. 7. RUDE HR team, They are there for getting rude, no proper answer of anything, no events, no celebration, nothing. 8. A big and great thing- even after spending proper time there and serving the NP- People don't get the Background verification from them and after taking continuous follow-up they provide the NEGATIVE review. Note: Happens to everyone.
