Pros

Company is committed They are committed to bringing drama to every employee's life at regular intervals. (That is not for the world to know, the employees have the sole copyright to them; we could make some money by selling it as a solid script on corporate jokes). Those of them who have stayed long enough here, waits for newer acts while it comes as a surprise to the new joiners. However, both groups know by now that it is all a joke. You learn new words The leadership, some of them specifically, are all about new words or jargons. While they are proud about coining new terms and bringing heavy vocabulary to their daily meetings, thinking they are breaking "silos". Mostly everyone who is listening finds it hard not to laugh because it is all just noise. They are with you at every step of your day They follow you. They watch you. What are the cameras installed for otherwise? And being watched by the top leaders of the company! We are certainly honoured. Toxic is sin You might think they do not believe in a toxic workplace. No, they do not believe the term "toxic". Toxic is jargon for them, using the term micromanagement is abuse. From monitoring the daily tasks, not just by your manager but your manager's manager, and the person above him, everything is normal here.

Cons

Salary is never delayed So, you are stuck here or you take a long time to get out of the comfort zone and make that decision.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. While the tone of your feedback is clearly expressive, we recognise that it reflects underlying feelings and experiences that matter. Some of the specifics mentioned do not fully align with our current roles or tenure structures. That said, we understand that anonymity can sometimes feel like the safest way to express concerns when open dialogue feels difficult, and we respect the need for that space. As an organisation operating in a fast-paced and high-accountability environment, the intent behind close collaboration, reviews, and leadership oversight is to enable alignment and timely decision-making, not to create discomfort. We continue to reflect on how these practices are perceived and experienced across teams. We encourage concerns to be shared with context through the appropriate internal channels, as this allows issues to be understood more clearly and addressed constructively and fairly. We appreciate you sharing your viewpoint and remain committed to learning and improving as an organisation. Way HR Team

Pros

You work from home and it’s 100% remote

Cons

This is by far the most toxic work environment I have ever experienced. Communication is absolutely terrible, and management thrives on micromanaging instead of actually supporting employees. There is zero respect for boundaries, availability, or basic professionalism. Target managers retaliate when you don’t bend over backward to accommodate unreasonable demands. If you say you can’t work a specific day, instead of respecting that, they guilt-trip you and make insulting assumptions like “I don’t think you’re busy those days, you just don’t want to work.” That is not only unprofessional, it’s disrespectful and demoralizing. Leadership creates a hostile atmosphere where employees feel pressured, undervalued, and constantly watched. Instead of solving problems, they blame workers and create unnecessary tension. There is no accountability at the management level, only favoritism and power-tripping. If you value your mental health, work-life balance, and basic human respect, I would strongly suggest avoiding this place. No job is worth being treated like this. Not to mention I’m the hurricane parking the director said that during a hurricane the Florida team would have to be in the parking lot even if officer state they have to move we have to tell the officers we have permission to be there mid hurricane and in the meeting some of the team memebers were looking forward for a hurricane to happen

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience felt this distressing, and we recognise how strongly workplace interactions and communication can impact one’s sense of well-being. Respect, professionalism, personal boundaries, and psychological safety are principles we expect across the organisation. Feedback suggesting otherwise is taken seriously, and we do not condone retaliation, intimidation, or disrespectful behaviour in any form. At the same time, we believe that real and lasting change happens when concerns are brought forward with context, allowing all perspectives to be understood and clarified fairly. This helps address issues constructively, prevents misunderstandings, and ensures situations are not viewed in isolation or taken out of context. We encourage concerns to be raised through the appropriate internal channels, where they can be reviewed confidentially, discussed thoughtfully, and addressed with the right support, coaching, or corrective action where required. This process also enables accountability at the right levels. Please do reach out to the HR team for support. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and wish you the very best moving forward.
