Pros

I've been with the company for more than five years, and in an industry where people frequently change jobs, that alone says a lot. What has kept me here is the opportunity to continuously learn and grow. The pace is fast, expectations are high, and you're constantly challenged to think better, move faster, and take ownership. If you enjoy solving problems and making an impact, you'll find plenty of opportunities here. One thing I genuinely appreciate is that the company values substance over politics. Good ideas, execution, and results matter more than titles or noise. There is very little tolerance for unnecessary bureaucracy, office politics, or workplace drama, which allows people to focus on meaningful work and outcomes. I've also had the privilege of working alongside some incredibly smart and driven colleagues. Being surrounded by talented people raises your own standards and accelerates both personal and professional growth. Performance is recognized and rewarded. Throughout my time here, compensation growth has been competitive and, in my experience, above industry norms for those who consistently deliver results. What I've come to appreciate over the years is that recognition goes beyond words. Employees who reach significant milestones are genuinely celebrated. Team members who completed five years with the company were gifted a luxury hotel stay for themselves and their families—a thoughtful gesture that reflected the company's belief that family and personal well-being matter. What stands out most, however, is the human side of the organization. Recently, we lost a valued colleague. Rather than limiting support to condolences, the company extended an opportunity for his wife to join the organization and committed to supporting their children's education. Actions like these remind you that beyond business goals and targets, there are people who genuinely care.

Cons

The fast-paced and innovative nature of the company may not be the right fit for everyone. Priorities can evolve quickly as the business grows and adapts, so employees need to be comfortable with change and continuous learning. Those who prefer a slower-paced or highly structured environment may find the transition challenging.

Pros

You work from home and it’s 100% remote

Cons

This is by far the most toxic work environment I have ever experienced. Communication is absolutely terrible, and management thrives on micromanaging instead of actually supporting employees. There is zero respect for boundaries, availability, or basic professionalism. Target managers retaliate when you don’t bend over backward to accommodate unreasonable demands. If you say you can’t work a specific day, instead of respecting that, they guilt-trip you and make insulting assumptions like “I don’t think you’re busy those days, you just don’t want to work.” That is not only unprofessional, it’s disrespectful and demoralizing. Leadership creates a hostile atmosphere where employees feel pressured, undervalued, and constantly watched. Instead of solving problems, they blame workers and create unnecessary tension. There is no accountability at the management level, only favoritism and power-tripping. If you value your mental health, work-life balance, and basic human respect, I would strongly suggest avoiding this place. No job is worth being treated like this. Not to mention I’m the hurricane parking the director said that during a hurricane the Florida team would have to be in the parking lot even if officer state they have to move we have to tell the officers we have permission to be there mid hurricane and in the meeting some of the team memebers were looking forward for a hurricane to happen

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience felt this distressing, and we recognise how strongly workplace interactions and communication can impact one’s sense of well-being. Respect, professionalism, personal boundaries, and psychological safety are principles we expect across the organisation. Feedback suggesting otherwise is taken seriously, and we do not condone retaliation, intimidation, or disrespectful behaviour in any form. At the same time, we believe that real and lasting change happens when concerns are brought forward with context, allowing all perspectives to be understood and clarified fairly. This helps address issues constructively, prevents misunderstandings, and ensures situations are not viewed in isolation or taken out of context. We encourage concerns to be raised through the appropriate internal channels, where they can be reviewed confidentially, discussed thoughtfully, and addressed with the right support, coaching, or corrective action where required. This process also enables accountability at the right levels. Please do reach out to the HR team for support. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and wish you the very best moving forward.
