Pros
May be one of the best reasons for working here is the fact that the company works for five days a week. Weekends are fixed off and that gives you time to de-stress.
Cons
New employees are treated like trash. No respect for their efforts. Any new person would need some time to adjust to a system and get into the pattern of work. However, none of the seniors seem to understand this. The training department usually comprises of a trainer and a team leader who constantly make you feel demotivated. Even the littlest of mistakes are blown out of proportion and you are made to feel as if you've committed a crime. Building friendships, talking to colleagues around, and getting to know people around is not encouraged. Trainers and team leaders seem to have no work and are mostly seen chatting away on gtalk or wiling away time at each other's desks, while new employees and senior associates work without what can be called any real breaks. Many seniors often complain about long working hours, seemingly impossible targets and absolutely zero consideration from the management. The company is divided into two teams, content and technical. The latter team appears to be happier and the content team is usually seen to be stressed out. No team building activities are held here. The company frequently sees resignations and yet no real steps are taken by the management to understand as to why so many employees are quitting. This shows how much the company values their employees. This is one of those places which only look good from a distance.
