Pros

The only good thing about this company USED TO BE its 9-5 working hours. They have a kind and sweet helping staff who make you believe that there can be good souls in this company, too!

Cons

I am shocked reading some of the reviews here which speak about the positive working environment of the company. It is such a farce! Many of these reviews have been written by old employees who are asked by the upper management to do so. Well, speaking about the cons of the company, there aren't few! Firstly, the company has a set of team leaders and training department, which consists of people who probably never got a chance to be a school prefect. Hence, they turn on their authoritative side and bully juniors. Some of the team leaders are often seen asking for help from senior editors in the simplest of tasks, which often leaves an impression that they need training themselves. They spend most of their working hours pretending to check others' work, chatting away on Gtalk (which is not accessible for junior employees), or talking to each other about their life and cackling loudly in the conference room (which is supposed to be their CRUCIAL MEETING). The upper management is least bothered about how the junior employees are treated by these bunch of team leaders, often turning a blind eye towards the rude behavior, unnecessary power show, and arrogance of the team leaders. Favoritism is seen quite often. Errors are frequently blown out of proportion by the team leaders and grilling sessions are held every week. Despite several complaints to the HR team and the upper management, no change in behavior is seen. High attrition rate is seen in Wcities but that too, doesn't make the management realize or act upon the working environment of the company.

Pros

The manager and advisors are kind and you can ask any questions you met on your work. The working environment is friendly and every colleague is willing to help you. They have an activity room that you can watch World Cup together when most colleagues think the game is worth to watch even during the work time near lunch break! You also can play table tennis in the activity room.

Cons

Maybe some technique things like the operations of mobile apps should be more professional. I cannot think many cons to provide. it is a recommend working place.

Pros

Solid work volume, flexible schedules can be made with supervisor, interesting challenges running through a work day, excellent location, you control the performance of your own work.

Cons

For some, the ping pong table and the canteen weren't just enough fun. Even being close to AT&T wasn't enough fun. I thought it was, and would often pick up my lunch and ask someone to sit outside with me and chat. You have to make your culture, not depend on a boss and hr (or lack of hr) to organize fun. The parties were fun though. No doubt!
