Pros
2020 was a chaotic year for the world, and a chaotic year for wefox Group. But now that the company has made it through, many things have improved by a lot. My team is not stressed anymore. Everyone is very caring, optimistic and motivated. Team members are looking out for each other and genuinely interested in each others lives. Feedback is shared often, we can suggest projects and ideas from the bottom up (i.e. it's not just top-down). Decisions are made together. There is a high level of trust in our team.
Cons
There have been a few structural changed in 2020, some people left, other people changed teams. This little shake-up caused uncertainty and doubt, even with myself. There were a few months in which the leadership was looking for a direction. They did so in a very transparent way - asking questions before having the answers. I actually liked the transparency, the "brainstorming" approach, but others did not - for them it made the leadership seem clueless or unprofessional.
