Pros

ENDLESS possibilities if you know what your doing and are a goal oriented person that understands the job requires daily grinding, nothing wrong with that. I left for a year to work somewhere else and could not stand the slow pace, I came back and started from the bottom again. Yes things are constantly changing but if your smart you understand that it only means the potential is there for anyone to grow, Change is inevitable ....without it we would still be using payphones or pigeons to communicate. Motivated people that understand not only the good but also the bad is part of their job will succeed here. Drop the truth mic!

I like how it says "share some of the downsides of working at White Arrow" ...Neuro Linguistic Programming much? LOL

Easy work.automatic trucks and the drivers are good people

Cons

Ceo will never back you.the vice president has anger issues.the safety guy gets political against Trump.and the loser in charge of equipment is a 12 yo whiner
