Pros
Some of the people were nice
Cons
This is by far THE most disorganized company I could have ever imagined. They are all over the place and don’t seem to know what they are doing. The management didn’t even know simple things that management should know. They hired me as a part time employee and the CEO explained to me that they are super flexible with schedule changes since I’m still a student. Now however, with semesters changing I’m being told that they didn’t “expect” my schedule to change. I was kept in the dark for over a week and I was given less than a 24hr notice before my next shift that I was scheduled for, stating that I have no more shifts for the rest of the month. I quit a job that actually gave me security for this company because they were fantasizing the fact that I could “learn and grow with them”. Which never happened and they didn’t give me a chance to learn. I was only there for 4 weeks, and as some people were nice, majority of the staff were not welcoming and some were even downright rude. I felt judged simply based on what I would wear, where I attended school and what my goals were for the career I want. I was trained for one day for a couple hours on how to do their system. But even during the training. They were scattered. I was being told 2 different things on how to do the work they expected from me. The way they handled this was completely unprofessional and unfair and honestly I’m shocked because I did not expect this. If you want to feel secure with getting a new job, then I highly suggest looking in another direction. The CEO would gaslight you into thinking this is the best place to work for and they’re a family, but in reality it is all just a front. I’m glad I took this job, only for the fact that I now I have the experience and knowledge on what the red flags are in a company and to avoid them. I’ve read other reviews on Glassdoor about this company and I regret to inform you, but every point that was stated is true.
