      Pros

      I started working at woom in the midst of COVID and they have been nothing but thoughtful and accommodating every step of the way. Everyone I have interacted with (including the CEO) has been so nice and welcoming. Any feedback I've had has been received really well. The CEO, Mathias, is a really passionate and kind person that I believe cares deeply about the company and his employees.

      Cons

      While the vacation policy is not the best, they are very flexible and transparent about the changes they will be making in the future.

      It was one of the best places I have ever worked. I'd still be there but they went to a 3PL

      As usual the office people thought they were way above the warehouse people.
