Pros

No micromanaging as long as you do your job! Work from home! Superb management team, easy to get along with and they are very 'down-to-earth'. Will work with you if you need a day off, or some hours off. They are very creative and not afraid to 'think outside the box' to get work completed. I am changing careers, and when I informed them they were extremely happy and excited for me, not pushy at all about staying longer. At previous jobs it was often a 30 minute (very awkward) conversation where they would tried to convince me out of it and promise me things like assistance manager positions that I never got. I didn't feel like I was burning a bridge when I gave notice, something I felt like I've had to do at most jobs. Coworkers are cool, tech savvy people excited to be at work everyday. Negativity is extremely rare here, in fact I can't think of a time someone has been negative. Workload is extremely reasonable and very little stress. Work life balance is the best.

Nothing! Seriously, nothing - no complaints at all.

Pros

There are lots! I'll start with the clients. You get to support a lot of interesting brands. I've learned a lot about digital support - from a tech perspective to a policy perspective. wrrk has health insurance, weekly pay, variety in work, and cool colleagues.

Cons

It would be cool to pick your client assignment at some point based upon your interests

They will let you go for vague reasons with little to no warning and are very inflexible for PTO
