Poor Leadership - Anonymous employee xAmplify Services Employee Review

I had the pleasure of working at xAmplify Services as a systems engineer for around 18 months and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The company fosters a positive and collaborative work environment where ideas and feedback are always welcome. My team was incredibly supportive and always willing to lend a helping hand whenever needed. The management was approachable and made sure to keep us informed about any updates or changes within the company. One of the things I appreciate most about xAmplify Services is that the company is always looking towards the future and implementing the latest and greatest technology. They are dedicated to staying ahead of industry trends and constantly improving their services to better serve their customers. This forward-thinking approach has allowed me to work on some truly cutting-edge projects and has helped me to expand my skill set and knowledge in the field. The company also places a strong emphasis on professional development and provided opportunities for me to learn new skills and technologies. I was also impressed with how the company values its customers and always goes above and beyond to exceed their expectations. Only "con" I can think of would be because it's hard to think of real ones. My biggest grievance there was the quality of the monitors. 1080p just doesn't cut it anymore, it honestly slowed down my workflow a little when I was in the zone. 2560 x 1440 should be the minimum monitor resolution now. They have an in-house DGX cluster and you access it through a screen with a resolution of 1920x1080. Seriously!
