*Low Pay & No pay hike in year 2023. *Regular layoffs. All good folks have left the organisation. *The HR team is a propaganda machine creating false narratives of hike for the last few months. *No Real work is there in this org and there is no learning. *They treated engineers like BPO employees given they hire BPO background leaders. * Mouth-piecing "this update"/"that update" gets you points here. *The knowledge of the senior managers are zero and they know nothing of the product and they are busy delegating and manipulating wrongly to people who don't know the work. In this process they created sycophants who manipulate their way out. Lots of people have zero knowledge as most good people have left the org. *The HR team and Senior Management doesn't understand the ethos of engineers. Instead of giving hike, they conduct fun activity.
