Pros
Open culture. Good canvas for experienced people to apply their own experience. Even though people look at it as a fresher's company, the average per person experience is 6+ years. Organization is willing to invest in the right areas. Even if projects are small, the content and quality of deliverables is very high. (Most of the time the thought process is towards new technologies)
Cons
Still a small company compared to the competition they face. So very little leeway for manoeuvring. That also drives the cautious approach in spending. (Now a days even the IT giants are in the same mode)
