Potential to do interesting work is promised yet never happens. Never.

Cons

The toxic work environment from the top down is of dystopian proportions. Untrustworthy–nothing employees are told can be believed. Company motto is: "You've a problem? Sue me." Google the CEO's name: 'Nuff said.
