Pros
Great if you're looking for a small ABA company that is clinic-based. I enjoy working with the clients and like my co-workers a lot. The families we work with are great and involved in their child's therapy. Overall it is a fun and rewarding place to work.
Cons
I'd like to work with a wider range of ages. The clinic has primarily really young clients. I also would like more holidays off but we do get all of the main ones off.

I have worked for several ABA companies over the years and this one is by far the best. They really care about the clients. It is a small company and there is a lot of support available. This place renewed my interest in pursuing a career in ABA and now I'm starting my BCBA program. Sadly, I had to leave because I moved.
