      Pros

      The environment is very supportive and face paced. It’s a great place for someone who like a small community of co-worker who are close. No corporate politics, my favorite employer by far.

      Cons

      Someone who doesn’t adapt well to change and high expectations may struggles.

      Empower Partnerships is a great place to start your recruiting career! Whether you are a recent grad looking for a fun environment or returning to the workplace, the managers will take the time to mentor you, and provide ongoing training to help you succeed. Empower Partnerships has a cozy small team feel, with snacks and games in the kitchen, and yet is in a constant state of growth, and is always looking for more valuable players!

      This position requires attention to detail, switching between multiple screens, and flexibility as this industry can change quickly.
