Pros
I have been driving for UBER and Lyft. Their treatment was bad and criminal. I drive for empower now. There is no comparison. Empower is ruthlessly, aggressively and brutally exploiting me, in a way I have never seen or heard before. They just steal without any plan or tactic. They remove what you worked for. They don’t seem to know a more sneaky ways like UBER AND LYFT. They cripple you leaving you with nothing after a long day. You can expect that to happen at least 3-4 times a month. The biggest lie is the hundred percent pay out. They are cutting on each trip so many little amounts away all day. When ever you opened your earnings there is something missing. They don’t speak to you on the phone, they don’t assist you in anything. You are ignored. Your money is not. The only thing they do all day is fighting and playing with your income. I have no words. They tell you from the beginning, we have nothing to do with payment. It’s stripe. You will never be able to contact or hear back from stripe. When they steal, and you ask them if stripe took that money, you just don’t get an answer. After they steal, they don’t bother to defend or justify, or explain the missing amount because it’s straight forward and clearly gone, without a doubt. I work for daily food only. My bills are unpaid. If I stop I will sleep without food. Whereby I have never even been satisfied by having enough food consumed as my earnings literary don’t cover regular food expenses and gas l!
Cons
It’s is a 100% downside ONLY for a driver. Everything is based on lies. They take at least 35% from drivers before stealing! Drivers don’t set their own rates. They would never get a ride request unless all drivers have customers and they have no choice. I tried it out during days I didn’t want to drive leaving the app on for three days without a trip coming in because I set my own rates that were not even too high. Lierls. UBER AND LYFT STARTED HONEST became CRIMINAL. These people came criminal! They have no culture nor values just pure abuse and aggressive thefts!
