Motivated and passionate team, since everyone is there on a volunteer basis. Supportive and collaborative atmosphere — people are willing to help and share knowledge. Great opportunity to connect with professionals from different backgrounds. You can learn and grow if you are proactive and open to new experiences.
Cons
A lot of time can be spent on organizational matters instead of the core recruitment work. Onboarding is very self-directed, which can leave some things unclear even later on. You need to already be confident in your skills, as the role requires a high level of independence. Weekend calls are part of the commitment (though this is communicated in advance)
