I spent seven years with the company and had the opportunity to grow from a relatively junior recruiter into a senior team member who interviewed, mentored, and trained new hires. Cons
It's honestly difficult to identify significant downsides after spending seven years with the company. The biggest consideration is that this isn't a traditional 9-to-5 role. As with most agency environments, there will occasionally be early mornings or late evenings depending on client needs and time zones. If you're looking for a position with very rigid, predictable hours, this may not be the best fit. That said, the flexibility goes both ways.
