The individuals are a pleasure to advocate for

Makes employees write a false amount of behaviors, and alters medication sheets for Narcotics. Have fake notes written by staff who are not working with the client but put on the schedule to make it look like they are. Management speaks very foul to employees and receives payment for services that are not being rendered as specified,

The clientele of persons with disabilities are the best. They are what makes going to work worth it.

Very low pay. No information on clients you work with. No support from upper management.
