      Pros

      Real Pro - Good for the start of your career as a Software Development Intern to set foot in the industry. If you are smart and keep reading blogs and update your skills from internet, you will get to know how a company / product / architecture is NOT supposed to be built the first hand, therefore very powerful knowledge builder and education to set your path clear for future ahead in IT industry. Extremely outdated technology used here will make you understand why companies in real world have moved ahead with embracing new tech. In few years when you lead or manage a team, you will have enough experience of how not be a bad manager by looking at managers in this company.

      Cons

      Absolutely Zero Work Life Balance. The CEO will make these very slimy speeches of how not to be a mediocre when the entire company is actual based on mediocrity. Typical IT company has Saturdays as holiday. Not here... They will drain you of all sweat and blood. Pay is peanuts. Given a choice, they will actually pay you in peanuts. Negotiating 2k increase salary after 1 year of outperforming will make you feel like you are negotiating for a multi-million dollar merger.

      Pros

      Good to start as a fresher and for experience too. New technologie with high end security from scratch. Responsibility and opportunities are waiting for everyone to grab it to improve your skills. Friendly and helpful teammates and mangers. Everyday something new is to get learn. After working more than 3years still more responsibility and opportunities are given . Product is vast which makes more interest to work here. To learn more about the product. If you want to be a success then you will learn here how to be a success. In life and in your professional job.. Free to used any technology without any restrictions. Training on new technologies is also provided by the team. You get an opportunity to work in security level too .. Etc.. Lots of things which can't be describe now... I am glad and happy to be a member of this organisation.

      Cons

      Each day a new challenge. Which makes more dedication towards work. If you are a good developer then you will not get frustrated with new and difficult challenges. You get a responsibility to be a team lead, assistant manager... Opportunities are open for all including for 1 year of experience developer. Work load is more but without work load and pressure no one can learn or can identify his skills. This makes my skills and confidence high instead of fearing or running from work load or from any responsibilities. I used to take challenge with myself to complete the task. This is taught by this organisation to me.

      As a fresher this company is good. Thats the only positive thing.

      Cons

      Boss yells at you like anything even for no fault of yours. Managers are worst. They do not have proper degree for manager's post but still are managers over here so u won't ever see them switching their jobs. Technology wise the company is outdated. They do not even have Team Foundation Server. Managers Come to office late and then these idiots start assigning work to the developers in the evening.
