All 5 star review are fake ....

None to say.... Except there is some learning for fresher and even for that there are no seniors to support of guide when stuck. Got to be independent from initial days itself.

Cons

All the 5 star ratings and reviews just read through the review will there be any dumb ones to right so polite and pampering when other few employees repeatedly stabbing on management's issues not one or too there are many of them highlighting on poor management and bad managerial behaviour towards subordinate employees. All the top rating are put up by HR and some family members, and friends of employer's and also some employee who are puppets of top management.

Late Salary ,Lack of funds company is having,Apology mail for delay in salary for almost every month,you can't put open for work they will ask you to remove it . Management is poor .Some project manager will chill on weekend but will ask you work and put status of himself chilling. Lot of things they have to work on.

Worst company to work with!

Startup with very less projects. Near to the metro station, easy to travel. Lots of places for lunch nearby. Only 1% of management is responsible. Management requirements are never clear and will put pressure on you suddenly to meet deadlines. Learning doesn't happen at all because of this reason! Colleagues are helpful though. They say timing is flexible, but actually it is not!

Cons

No project management at all! Work timings can be till 10 pm night also or even more if you don't say anything. Firing is very normal, even with the senior guys. Expectations of unrealistic deadlines. Some of the members of the core team is really aggressive and can demoralize and stress you in a very negative way.
