Pros
Company is always open to new opinions and values those of employees. The hiring process was very smooth and I was able to meet everyone in the office before being brought on.
Cons
Being a start up company there wasn't a whole lot of training procedures in place. If you learn from needing a lot of structure/ training materials this would be a bit of a learning curve. I really enjoyed learning in a hands on way where I was just shadowing someone and then learned the responsibilities of the role and the industry. Looking back I am thankful it is a learn as you atmosphere, it has made me a quick learner and a better professional.
