Managers who bully and then lie, then bosses who cover for them. Top heavy management structure No promotional opportunities Buy in middle management who offer nothing more than buzz words Customer service is left to pick up the mistakes off everyone else Nepotism within departments (purchasing, manufacturing) Toxic work environment Fragmented departments CEO who is allowed to act differently from everyone else doesnt lead by example
