Provide snacks everyday and yearly promotions if you are eligible and helpful colleague Excellent work-life balance with top-notch benefits Enjoyed my time there, it was definitely a good experience

There is no sense of any kind of direction in the company, team with no vision for the future. Management need to listen closer to the people actually doing the work.

Company changing their policy every 15 days. Company is not focus on products goal, but they are concentrate on some stupid stuff.

Cons

They are hiring and firing employees like play with toys. You stay home unemployed, but don't join this conapany.

Dear Former Member, I regret that we could not preserve you and you faced difficulties with us. Now, the Organization has improved and we stand with lot of new positive and employee betterment changes. We have established stable and employee oriented policy and we follow it by heart. Unfortunately, there were few wrong hiring made from our end and somehow we could not continue with them due to their skills & Talent; however we have changed our hiring policy and there is less than 2% attrition last 3 months. We are eager to to change your perception about the company. Welcome! I request you to visit the organization, and see the changes.
