Pros

I have been working for Emydex for a number of years. During this time I have seen the company grow from being based in Ireland to expanding across to Australia, New Zealand and Canada. As they have grown, there has been a great reform of benefits, processes and overall management.

Cons

With the expansion, working remote has its natural cons but that company does invest in getting us together online or in person to minimise this

Pros

Challenging but rewarding environment to work in. Experience working in a new sector of development. All employees are treated fairly and management is accommodating. The job is interesting and there is always something to learn with every customer being different.

Cons

Emydex is a Company that has always grown its customer base but can struggle to find the employees to sustain this continuous growth.
