Pros

“The pay:” Debatable. If your previous job was at Subway this would be a considerable pay increase. “Benefits:” The benefits are good, however you or your family members better not need them. Cancer, stroke or death is not an excuse for missing work. Neither are natural disasters. I recommend getting a canoe so you can get to work when the city floods.

Cons

A few of these reviews look suspicious and might have been written by management. The misspelling of “aboiut” (sic) points to one particular manager you’d be wise to avoid and never trust. Think Dolores Umbridge from Harry Potter. To translate a recent thinly veiled review. “Love the work:” Means I like every aspect of my life being micro-managed, enjoy being yelled at and the threat of termination looming over me. If I drive a fleet vehicle, management knows where I am at all times. If I idle to long, or have any minor driving infraction, my vehicles GPS immediately alerts management and a reprimand or write up will quickly be coming. My company issued cellphone, tablet, laptop, P-card, etc. will constantly be scrutinized & monitored. “and people do care aboiut (sic) you.” HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. April Fools!!!! Welcome to The Hunger Games. “Changes made were needed and glad some people have left” Meaning the vast majority of competent employees have left and turnover is incredible. “Slow the growth to catch our breaths” We’re so shorthanded & turnover is so high, you’ll be worked into the ground. Hopefully you won’t A) Quit after the first week. B) Get so fed up you abandon your fleet vehicle in a parking lot. C) Go on vacation and never come back. D) Come in, throw your resignation letter down and walk out.

Pros

There used to be a few... Company Vehicles? free services if you live in a community that they service (may no longer be offered). Previous posters were under the old regime, much nicer place to work at that time.

Cons

Over aggressive micro management, unbelievable churn, poorly trained staff, service issues, installation issues, ridiculously ineffective commercial sales team... Everyone hates the cable company, but usually not for so many valid reasons.

Pros

You couldn't pay me enough money to say something positive about these con-artists

Cons

Sold out to a Chinese company called Dr. Peng, whom bought EnTouch through a shell company called ACME communications (How obvious, where's the FCC when you need em!). HR requested people to go out and leave fake reviews on glass door a while ago when the rating was more around 2 stars. They fake reviewed themselves all the way up to 3.7, impressive, but it's about the only success this company has had since the mid 2000's.
