The office location is the only positive aspect.
Cons
The work environment is toxic and draining. Employees are expected to remain glued to their seats for all 9 hours without the freedom to interact with colleagues or step out for a breather. The HR department is the worst part of the company. They’ve been given unnecessary power by the management and micromanage every aspect of the workplace. From dictating when we can eat, talk, or take leaves, to even controlling the temperature of the AC, HR is essentially running the company into the ground. The lack of respect for employees' well-being and autonomy is demoralizing.
