In enactus you will have a full purpose and contribute to a scaled impact. You can get passionate really easily.
Cons
There are no disadvantage. Maybe the only thing could be that it's a small reality but it depends on what you are looking for. You can perfectly be fulfilled in Enactus.

I valued the meaningful interactions I had with the students and the impact we were able to make together.
Cons
he atmosphere at times felt reminiscent of high school dynamics, with noticeable drama and cliques among colleagues. I believe that a more transparent and cohesive work environment would benefit both individual contributors and the organization as a whole
