The company provides extensive training to workers in all aspects of safety and security, as well as the latest operational techniques in the exploration field, with the highest international certifications.
Cons
The workers' clothing is not of good quality and is not always available. The food provided at the work sites is unhealthy. The behavior of the company—more precisely, the administrators and supervisors—is completely inappropriate and unacceptable. I never felt any psychological comfort.
