I am like force to publish this review. I publish my interview experience few day back to which the company reply that they have no office in chandigarh. They were full blown office in chandigarh which was atleast twice the size of delhi in the Quark building office. The interview experience was of that office. But instead of trying to improve or acknowledge, the company denies they have face. Anyway, this is the expected behavior of them. Enbake Consulting Pvt Ltd is a sinking ship. One of the main founder who actually was a better person, also leave the company. The other one runs the company just to make more and more money rather than building company. The rumours are that the owner actually fraud his own partner and kick him out of the company for money. Now you decide for yourself, whether you want to join such a company who can even fraud his partner for money. With such a management issue, you can anyways imagine how the state of workplace can be. You work like machines 9AM-9PM, get peanut for your work and owner drinks and enjoys in posh places. The owner(I dont even use the word founder for him as he is the owner of a factory insted software company) thinks of himself as superior and never even join employee in company or bday parti etc Join this company only if you want to make the owner richer than his present value. Otherwise there are better places to learn things.
