      The company offers an extremely demanding environment, perfect for building resilience through relentless workloads and tight deadlines. If you thrive on constant pressure and minimal downtime, you’ll quickly become an expert in juggling tasks and enduring high-stress situations.

      Cons

      - Unprofessional Leadership: The CEO exhibits poor control over their temper and provides little meaningful guidance. - Manipulated Reviews: Many of the five-star ratings are prompted or instructed by the CEO and CTO, I myself was asked to give 5 star rating on Glassdoor. - Outdated Technologies: The company relies heavily on legacy technologies, offering minimal opportunities to learn or work with modern tech stacks. - Poor Working Conditions: Software engineers are expected to work under subpar conditions (e.g., tin-shaded area), creating a less-than-ideal work environment. - Minimal Team Support: Small, understaffed teams mean high workloads and inadequate support, making it difficult to grow or collaborate effectively.

      If you want to hustle, and learn how to work in hard environment, this is the best company for you.

      Cons

      A small company that does not give enough salaries to employees, arrogant CEO, very challenging environment, zero work life balance. That's what it offers. In my experience when I was in Enbraun, company was never able to retain any good employee.
