I've been working at Encantos for the better part of 2 years now, and I can say that hands down our HR person is by far the best thing that ever happened to the company. I can tell that AJ really tries to make it as enjoyable as it can be with what I'm sure are the limited resources she probably has. She is also a person of one department and manages to take care of all of us. Everyone I talk to loves her, and we are damn lucky to have her on our team.
Cons
Feeling overworked, but this is a shout-out to AJ, so no complaints there.
