You’re worth more than 8.25 and hour to have parents and kids yell at you all day.

Cheap food on your lunch.

Cons

-Poor management -Ridiculous policies -Low Pay -Makes you pay for your uniform ($18 to be exact) -Expect you to do other’s jobs -No mandated breaks -probably doing some illegal stuff regarding minor’s labor laws -You stand around doing nothing half your shift because there’s nothing to do -Uniforms are horrendous -Management is nice to you at first to butter you up, but gradually become your worst nightmare -you can’t play there on your off days -you can’t play there even if you aren’t a current employee -makes minors work until 12:30 in the morning on weekends -apparently you have to tell them your life’s story to get a day off on your availability (they literally interrogated me and asked me each day on my availability on why I couldn’t work that day in detail)

50% food discount(but most of the food is bad), sometimes you get nice co-workers (but they quit after a couple weeks), sometimes alcoholic men tip

Cons

inflexible scheduling, don't listen to your needs, keep high school students until midnight or later, pay is a stagnant 8.25, obvious favoritism, most people hired are incompetent or quit within the month

Flexible with hours, not too much work, friendly employees, 50% off in the restraunt, half hour breaks, occasional employee nights

If you dont kiss the managers butts, you get no where. I personally put almost 3 years of my time into this place to still be behind the others that got hired the same time as I did. They want "assistants/supervisors" to be role models yet none of the people in the position are such thing. They're always on their phones, and speak down to everyone regardless of how long you've been there. You get sick all the time because this place is so disgusting and no one helps out with cleaning. More like no one cares enough to really clean. This job is extremely unfair and there is absolutely no incentive to work here. They have only female cashiers, and males at go karts. Girls aren't given the opportunity to attempt training down there, and they don't even bother training guys at the Ticket booth. I dont recommend working here at all. Not worth it for 8.25 when everywhere else starts at $9 or more.
