      Pros

      You can get experties about lithium ion battery electrolyte. There are not much company that you can learn about it over the world. And also have experience of the work pace in the environment of the average 50% yearly revenue growth.

      Cons

      The working pace is extremely fast. Management has no room in there mind for their team members since they need to meet CEO (Owner)'s sur-real target. No salary negotiation.

      You can have a lot of experiences something like basic and simple client & infrastructure & network skills. You have to be in charge of all about IT, you can try.

      Cons

      There was no investment and support. You'd better not to have such investments or supports. You have not any authority but you have a lot of duties and responsibilities.
