      Not supportive of nurse practitioners/physician assistants

      Pros

      There are good medical assistants, but they are very short staffed. I enjoyed the patients.

      Cons

      The clinic often feels like high school with managing the drama of some providers, MAs, and manager. Not enough focus on patient care and the work we set out to do. Very driven in terms of numbers and money but I did not feel they paid the supportive staff (MAs, front desk staff, radiology nearly enough).

      Loved the patients, some of the providers were good to work for

      Cons

      Management was horrible, one Doctor in particular spoke to employees very unprofessional. Short staffed. Nobody was ever held accountable. You had to do your job and everyone else's.

      Pros

      They have some awesome benefits, as well as some wonderful team mates that make it a wonderful place to work. The managers are the best part they are very strong willpower women that understand and take the time to get to know the strengths and weaknesses of each employee. They also push you do your best no matter what.

      Cons

      They are sometimes very short staffed which puts a lot on each workers plate trying to work multiple jobs at once.
