A fairly friendly place to work

Cons

Team leads are a joke. They spend their time on personal matters such as on personal media sites and phone calls, they are always late or missing work. H.R is really non active in their discipline roles and managers are clueless or don't care. Associates work extreme over time regularly to pick up the slack and stay caught up.

It can be a career; they strive to be respected in the community; they do (or at least did as of when I left) offer benefits, 401k, etc

Cons

The company has a 'big corporation' feel although it's relatively small. They do not value employees, and they don't give good raises, bonuses, or reviews. The HR department doesn't honor confidentiality between employees and department supervisors. There is a marked disdain for the lower-level workers from management. Many long-term employees are evacuating...could be a sinking ship!
