Smart and capable colleagues. Fast-paced environment with opportunities to work on greenfield projects and new initiatives.

Cons

Work-life balance felt worse compared to other startups I’ve worked at. Teams often seemed stretched thin. Documentation was limited for a large and evolving codebase, which made onboarding and knowledge sharing difficult. Collaboration sometimes felt transactional rather than supportive, especially under delivery pressure.
