      Supportive colleagues, but management lacks reliability

      Nice office perks; nice colleagues; Some good training in my 1st year (from 2).

      Cons

      Salary - a bit under the industry's average; Management - unreliable; gave the impression that was saving their positions and not protecting their employees and colleagues. From that point on, no consideration for employees: I was laid off in 1-2 months after my project stopped.
