      Pros

      The only pro I took form working at Endeavor House was learning how to not trust anyone especially the director of admissions, clinical supervisor, and to not trust any co workers. Everyone is out for themselves. The turn over rate is insane, and I can be thankful for leaning a very valuable lesson from working there.

      Cons

      horrible stability, over worked, underpaid, unappreciated, management is clueless, money hungry, sneaky admission director, and overall un ethical work environment. Current and former employees will all agree that Endeavor House has terrible client care and are unable to sustain a stable work environment due to they're lack in certifications, licensed professionals, and poorly managed departments.

      Pros

      There are some direct care staff, mainly nurses and residential aides who really care about the patients and go above and beyond for them.

      Cons

      Terrible management, Director of Nursing underqualified and treats employees horribly, Human Resources is a joke, employees are treated badly, no chain of command, no one to turn to for help as an employee, mainly just a business who is thirsty for people to relapse so they can make more money.

      Pros

      There are no pros ... I love the clients and feel bad that they are in a desperate situation and Endeavor house will take advantage of them.

      Cons

      Terrible management , treat employees horrible, they have unlicensed workers who they will make counselors... Actually most of the staff is unqualified. They lie and make everyone an "intern" to try and pass compliance regs while being able to hire people at low wages. Totally unethical. This is a company driven by greed who takes advantage of people who are suffering.
