Perfect Work Life Balance

Pros

The team is the main reason for choosing this company over another; everyone is quick to help and really cares to see each other grow! The worker bees (designers & developers) all care very much about the products they work on and continually try to improve their craft. Gabe (CEO), cares about the employees like his family!

Cons

Since the company is small, and most of our clients have low budgets, some of the features don't get as advance as the devs/designers would like.

Pros

Extremely intelligent, friendly, talented and loving staff! This company has the best culture I have ever seen in my ~15 year career. The Founder/CEO, Gabe, is a genuinely loving person, and one of the smartest people you'll ever meet!

Cons

During the time that I was there, we were slightly under-staffed, which lead to some extra stress trying to keep up with all of the clients, but this issue was already resolved I believe.

Flexible, Fun work Environment. Talented, Diverse Colleagues who are willing to help out. Great Team spirit ! Opportunity and satisfaction of working in leading edge Open Source Technology providing creative Web-based solutions to many businesses and clients. Gabe is a purposeful leader with a passion for technology and keeps an approachable and down-to-earth attitude, considerate of his employees.

Cons

Endertech is a Service Oriented company, So we are faced with risks constantly, but I am yet to see one where we have not adapted and scaled it effectively.
