      Pros

      I have never felt at home as a new employee as when I was hired by this company. My manager Brenda is an amazing person who lifts you up when you are down. The founders of the company promote family values. Pizza Fridays, Ping Pong tournaments, BBQ Fridays during the summer. Wonderful company to work for when I was first hired on. The staff encourage's sharing knowledge.

      Cons

      2 years ago this company was purchased by Stamps.com. The culture has changed. Staff has provided feedback to senior management on how to return these core values back.

      Pros

      Endicia WAS a great place to work before Stamps.com acquisition. Of the remaining Endicia-originals, most are great. However, avoid Sales; poor leadership and unattainable goals.

      Cons

      Stamps killed Endicia culture. A lot of good, smart people left. Including the founder. To be clear, there is no more Endicia, Stamps.com and Endicia are the same company and Stamps is running the show.

      Senior Leadership should be changed. Why are there so many openings? Why do people leave?

      Pros

      I was told by multiple people in the organization that they don't think Senior Dir of Sale will be there longer. Many people are walking on eggshells.

      Cons

      Poor leadership that drives talent out. Many people are walking on eggshells. Look at all the open positions, what does that say?
