Pros

The team was great and very friendly. I felt connected to them even though it was a remote company. Pay was higher than average and unlimited vacation was very appreciated.

Cons

We were spread so thin, leadership at the very top was a mess, and the lack of transparency made things feel weird. The CEO was challenging and brought others down, including management.
