Pros

- Many hard working great people. - Employees believing in being a part of a unique company culture. - A lot of change and continuing education on new products...never boring. - Fun to be a part of company that you are helping build.

Cons

- Compensation is below industry standards for almost the entire US Sales force. - The work load to help get this company off the ground never was rewarded financially. - A lot of products that had to be sold on price versus quality. - As with a many growing young companies, there is a bunch of empty promises!
