Pros

The company is working on pivotal area of Agentic coding era and can become leader in this space. Leadership is quite seasoned and know lot about industry. Sriram (India site lead) is really a great leader and have created culture of experimentation and open feedback.

Cons

Industry is going through watershed moment which puts lot of pressure across balancing innovation, customer satisfaction and value delivery. Indirectly it's a good problem to have. Still a startup so direction will change sometimes.

The knowledge of the team is immense, great learning opportunity for anyone joining. Company culture is incredible, not very hectic at the same time really good work. Overall a really good place to work at and we have a lot of fun at work place also.
